Every door in the Sanctum opens both ways.
Deleting from within the game
Once the game's online features are live, the door is inside:
- Open AURUM and enter Settings (the gear on the start screen).
- Choose Account → Delete account & data.
- Confirm. The deletion is immediate and final.
Deleting by letter
If you no longer have the game installed — or simply prefer a letter — write to [email protected] with the subject "Account deletion", from the account you sign in with (or include your leaderboard name so we can find the right account). We confirm the deletion within 30 days, usually much sooner.
What is deleted
- your account identifier and its sign-in link
- your cloud save — all progress, collections and settings
- your leaderboard entries and display name
What is kept, and for how long
- Purchase records — kept only as long as tax and accounting law requires, then removed. (Purchases themselves live with Apple or Google and follow their policies.)
- Anonymous, aggregated statistics that identify no one — these contain nothing that can be traced back to you.
Everything else about your data lives in the privacy policy.
